Never Again, Mobile Planet

On June 13 I placed an order with Mobile Planet for some new toys.
On June 17 I get a call from my credit card company saying that there was a problem with the expiration date with the submitted order. This is the second time (of two) that Mobile Planet has done that to me. I approved the transaction with my company and reported to Mobile Planet that it was approved on my end.
On June 19 my order status had not been updated, so I contacted Mobile Planet again, reconfirmed the approval and requested that the order be expedited.
On June 23 (today) I contacted Mobile Planet again to find out the status of the order. It was shipped on the 20th -- one week after the order was placed, despite having everything in stock -- at the same el-cheapo ground shipping of the original order.
Now, I don't know about you, but when a company I do business with screws up and delays an order due to its mistake or laziness, I expect that company to a) apologise, and b) try to make things better with faster shipping and eating the slight extra cost.
Did Mobile Planet's sales drone apologise? No. And my package will be here Thursday or Friday. Maybe.
Never again, Mobile Planet. This is twice you've dropped the ball and twice you haven't even tried to make up for it.
