Jan. 7th, 2003 12:24 pmAirborne Express really dropped the ball on this one. My new CD-R/W drive was picked up from Dell in Texas at 9:43pm on 2 Jan. It reached the sorting facility in Needham, MA at 8:09am today.
Dell is being considerate enough to refund the overnight shipping that I paid for.
